Before becoming a coach, Shalini Pasumaikumar spent her early career in marketing — understanding people, behaviour and what truly drives human decision-making. That foundation never left her.
Her coaching journey began with individuals and their relationships. Over 6 years she worked with more than 1000 individuals across the world, helping them transform how they show up in their relationships, in their lives and in themselves. That depth of one-to-one human work gave her something most corporate trainers simply do not have — a profound, lived understanding of how people are actually wired.
The same patterns holding an individual back in their personal relationships were the same patterns holding a leader back in the boardroom. Fear of abandonment and fear of failure run on identical wiring. That insight became the foundation of everything Soulmetrix is built on.
Within the first three years of building her coaching business as a solo entrepreneur, Shalini achieved a significant revenue milestone — proof that the methodology she teaches works not just in theory but in real-world performance.
